School Food Authority

Schools in Action (SIA) is a School Food Authority (SFA) located in the city of East Los Angeles,California. As a SFA,we oversee the meal program for our sponsored schools by providing all of the administrative support, training and education so that they may operate food programs safely and in compliance with the local county, state and federal regulations. We specialize in contracting with vendors to provide nutritious vended meals through the Breakfast Program (SBP), National School Lunch Program (NSLP), After School Program (ASP) and Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
